Free training with a team member is available to all new customers online via remote access program, Teamviewer. The training is undertaken in one hour blocks to avoid information overload, with each session focusing on a key area of the program.

Key session topics include Stock Control & Pricing, Sales & Orders, Accounting, Workshop plus Marketing & Reports. A complete 220 page user manual as well as the program Help file and Tutorial videos further enhance the learning process. On-site training can also be arranged upon request.

New rental customers receive 50 free support calls (10 mins duration each) in their first year with us, and then 25 free calls per year thereafter. Free support calls can be used for anything relevant to Biscount’s functionality. For assistance with anything else, such as printer and network set-up and configuration, you will find our rates are better than competitive.
